Shipping Area
We currently ship within Germany.

Delivery Time
The regular delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from receipt of payment.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time can be up to 14 business days. This can occur particularly with handmade products, personalized custom-made items, high order volumes, or delays with the shipping service provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

Packaging and Shipping
All jewelry pieces are packed and shipped with the utmost care.

Partial Deliveries
Should a partial delivery be necessary, you will not incur any additional costs.

Note on Delivery Delays
Should unexpected delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods only passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
