General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via the online shop of Eugen Jede, edelblattwerk.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By submitting the order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods to you.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All stated prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The respective shipping costs will be shown separately in the ordering process.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The regular delivery time within Germany is approx. 3 to 7 working days, unless otherwise specified for the respective product.
In exceptional cases, especially with high demand, handcrafted products, material bottlenecks, or unforeseen delays at the shipping service provider, the delivery time can be extended up to 14 working days.
Should an item not be available or should delivery be significantly delayed, we will inform you immediately.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the cancellation policy in this shop.
8. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to personalized or custom-made jewelry.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
In the event of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Contract Language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations stand in the way.
